Oooh a really cool and visually stunning visual novel. I was not expecting this!

Honestly my only complain about the game is the fact it auto-loads on the page and scared the **** out of me with the loud music.

The art looks great the backgrounds and characters are all SERIOUSLY well done and designed.

The audio is awesome and I was not expecting a battle or two what a surprise!

The choices were pretty awesome and being kicked out of the castle a few times was pretty interesting. After the initial scene of hiding from the guards I was able to get through the rest of the game without much issue.

The guard fight took me a couple of tries because I think the RNG on the attack and healing is a bit too all over the place so i just spammed the shadow smite every time until RNG fell in my favor.

The story reveal at the end was pretty interested, I thought I would have the choice not to kill the king if I tried it again so I reloaded a save but the ending was still the same.

Overall a fantastic and solid story and adventure and very high quality for being done in 2 weeks. It would be awesome to see if this was expanded on after the jam into a full narrative visual novel.

The character art and background are really nice! Thick outlines are nice and everything seems to belong together.

The combat was unexpected! Is there a difference between the two attacks? I just spammed the 2nd option until I won.

Hahaha! The sword swing can't miss, and the shadow smite does more damage but can miss.

Thanks for the feedback!

This novel is really well written, I was moved as Dxxxx tried to do what he tried to do (no spoiler). Art Style is amazing, and interaction on point. I can easily see this to become a more complex story with more exploration and interaction with the environment. GG

Amazing game! 10/10 More emotional depth and better story telling than most games I've played. Wish more devs would put this kind of care and thought into their work.

I died, great art and fitting music, well done!
